3. Backorder Policy
Backorder items are products that are not currently in stock.These items are on order from the manufacturers. If you order an item that is out of stock and we are unable to provide the product within the delivery period specified, we will notify you by e-mail when the products will be arriving at our warehouse and when they will be available for despatch.
4. Delivery Information for UK customers only
Providing your payment is cleared and the product(s) are in stock you will normally receive your order the following working day (on all orders placed before 4.00pm GMT).
